班兵,男,广西人,瑶族。笔名马栏邨,号九冨大歪。大学文化,中共党员,法律工作者,司法机关处级干部,国家一级美术师,书法家。现为中国书法家协会会员,广西毛体书法艺朮研究会主席,中国毛体书法研究专业委员会副主席。1949年 12 月生,毕业于广西民族大学,经历过文化大革命,当过农民、水利施工员、测量员,做过木工、油漆工、泥水匠、打瓦匠,曾担任过中学语文教师、音乐教师、乡镇党委书记、县市党政部门及司法机关负责人。曾供职于县委信访办室、县委政策研究室、乡镇党委,县人民政府扶贫开发办公室,县委办公室、县人民政府办公室,市司法局,市委政法委等党政部门及司法机关。曾获地区和自治区党委、自治区人民政府的表彰。在国内各类刊物上发表 300 多篇文章,其
中 32 篇论文获省部级奖,4 篇获国家社会科学优秀成果奖,入编人民日报出版的《建设社会主义新农村理论与实践》《推进司法体制改革与创建和谐社会》《北京改革纵横谈》等论著及《广西政务》《广西政法》《广西理论》《书法导报》《毛泽东书法研究》等杂志专刊。作者具有 50 多年的毛体书法实践与研究的经验,在省城举办过三次个人书法展,多次参加全国书展并获奖。经广西壮族自治区文化厅和民政厅批准,2010 年 5 月发起并组织成立广西毛体书法艺术研究会选和出任该会首届和第二届主席团主席、党支部书记。2011 年 9 月,个人毛体书法长卷(420 米)入展中国—东盟博览会。应邀出席笫九次中国—东盟文化论坛 , 并就红色文化发表演讲,填补了全国个人毛体书法首次规模入展国际博览会的空白。2013 年 5 月至 12 月荣获全国“中国毛体书法艺术家”二等奖。2014 年 6 月,当选中国毛体书法家协会副主席。2018 年 5 月当选国家文联主管的中国毛体书法研究专业委员会副主席。2019 年 12 月 6 日当选中共广西文化和旅游行业社会组织党委纪委委员。建国 65 周年、改革开放 40 周年及建党 100
周年,个人肖像及书法作品经国家邮政总局印
制成邮票、邮册,在全国发行。
2016 年 3 月,草书作品经国家外文出版局
编辑出版,入选《一带一路·一书一画》系列特辑,
以 8 种国家文字发行海内外。
2005 年以来,100 多卷幅书法作品长卷分
别被泰国国王皇室、德国萨克森中国馆、中国
—东盟博览会,广西、江西、湖南、陕西等省
市国家博物馆、纪念馆及一些收藏家、国际友
人等收藏。
著有《公文写作与公文评解》《信息写作与领
导决策》《农民工维权》《班兵书法作品集》《行
草古诗词 300 首》《手书毛主席著作名篇》《行
草古文名篇》等多部书论及专辑。存有从政《工
作毛笔文稿集》78 卷本 200 多万字。
