张洪成,生于 1968 年 7 月,男,汉族,山东莱阳人,高级工程师,现工作于 淄博市农业机械事业服务中心。从事农业机械化管理、服务、推广等工作已有三十 余年,立足本职岗位认真研究、总结农业机械化科学管理与服务经验,大力研究、 推广农业机械化先进技术,多次被农业部及省市农机主管部门评为先进个人,参与 了多项农业机械技术攻关项目,在省级以上刊物上发表了大量的论文,获得了 4 项 国家级发明专利,并取得较高经济和社会效益。
