目的： 【摘 要】：目的：分析心理护理用于皮试病人中对减轻疼痛感与提高皮试依从性的作用。方法：2021年1月-12月本疾控 中心在学校中进行皮内注射结核菌试验时接收的病人60名，随机均分2组。试验组采取心理护理，对照组行常规护理。对比 依从性等指标。结果：关于VAS评分这个指标，试验组数据（3.14±0.63）分，和对照组数据（5.47±0.79）分相比更低（P＜ 0.05）。关于依从性这个指标：试验组数据100.0%，和对照组数据80.05相比更高（P＜0.05）。关于满意度这个指标：试验 组数据96.67%，和对照组数据76.67%相比更高（P＜0.05）。结论：皮试病人用心理护理，疼痛感减轻更加明显，依从性提 升更为迅速，满意度也更高。
