简述MPEG-PLA载体应用

mPEG-PLA是一种两亲嵌段共聚物,可以通过自组装形成胶束状微球,将药物包裹于其中,从而达到药物控释的目的。可以通过不同的方法修饰该载体,来达到不同的治疗效果。本文通过对mPEG-PLA的叙述以及相关应用的介绍,为今后该载体的应用提供基础。
