引言:分娩疼痛是护士在设计干预方案时面临的一个挑战性问题。触摸和按摩疗法是她们在分娩过程中可以采用的非药物疗法之一。本研究旨在评估在第一阶段的分娩过程中降低疼痛强度的效果。方法:采用准实验方法,在印度尼西亚雅加达的一家公立医院招募了56名预计正常分娩的妇女,并采用了目的性抽样技术。她们被随机分配到接受触摸和按摩干预(实验)组或不接受干预(对照)组。使用口头描述量表(VDS)对分娩疼痛强度进行描述性统计、匹配和独立t检验。结果:结果显示,触摸和按摩疗法对实验组有显著影响(tcalI 2.839,p<0.05)。实验组和对照组在测试前(tcalI 1.817,p>0.05)和测试后(tcalI 10.77,p<0.05)也有明显的差异。该研究发现,触摸和按摩疗法的结合能有效地减少活跃阶段的分娩疼痛。结论:触摸和按摩疗法可以减少分娩疼痛强度,同时在活跃期的第一阶段起到亲近和鼓励的作用。它是一种具有成本效益的护理干预措施,可以积极影响妇女的分娩体验质量。
