抑郁症是一种普遍存在的疾病,发病率和死亡率很高。传统的治疗干预措施不针对相关的病理生理学,而且往往副作用大甚至无效。抑郁症患者大脑功能和结构均发生改变,尤其在前额叶皮层。经颅直流电刺激(TDCS)施加低强度的连续电流,改变皮质兴奋性,操纵神经元活动和神经可塑性。运动已被证明可以重塑抑郁症患者的大脑结构,激活相关脑区的功能,促进行为适应改变,维持海马和白质体积的完整性,从而改善抑郁症患者的大脑神经处理和延缓认知退化。本文TDCS和运动两种干预方式的作用机制、临床效果、刺激强度及存在的问题等方面进行综述,旨在为抑郁的治疗及后续深入研究提供参考。
