随着经济的快速发展和人民生活方式的提高,非酒精性脂肪肝病已成为临床上最常见的慢性肝病,全球率高达32.4%,超过所有病毒性肝炎的总和。但其发病机制尚未完全明确,随着基因检测技术和高通量测序技术的发展,大量研究发现非编码RNA与非酒精性脂肪肝的发病机制有不可分割的关系。长非编码RNA是一类长度超过200个核苷酸且不能翻译肽的RNA分子,研究发现lncRNA与疾病多个方面密切相关,包括组蛋白修饰、转录、DNA 甲基化和染色质重塑的调控等转录后调控机制,可导致疾病的发生发展。该文综述了近3年来lncRNA在非酒精性脂肪肝中的调控作用,以期为非酒精性脂肪早期筛查、诊断、治疗提供理论依据,以及寻找与非酒精性脂肪肝预后相关的特异标志物。
