我国在癌症患者生育力保护方向的研究相对较少，缺乏大样本、长时间随访的横断面研究，缺少相关参考文献。基于国内外乳腺癌患者生育力保护现况，对乳腺癌患者生育力保护概念、评估及决策影响因素进行总结论述，为开展乳腺癌患者生育力决策干预提供参考，减少决策冲突，提高生育率。
