目的：分析静脉输液港导管断裂、脱落坠入右心室的原因及危害。方法：回顾近5年来，静脉输液港导管断裂脱落坠入右侧心室2例，就其产生的原因及处理对策进行分析。结果：静脉输液港穿刺点位置、锁骨卡压、底座与导管连接不紧、输液港护理不当、留置时间长，导管老化等是导致导管断裂、脱落坠入右心室的主要因素。结论：加强术中规范仔细操作、避开锁骨下静脉置入、输液港的定期规范维护、防止血栓形成、避免长时间留置等是规避导管断裂脱落坠入右心室的方法。
