头颈部癌症和淋巴结结核共存的情况很少被研究,这个问题本质上是诊断性的。本文报告了一例颈部淋巴结病和非可疑鼻咽肿胀的患者,就淋巴结的组织病理学研究中揭示了结核性腺炎和鳞状细胞癌转移的相关性。
