肝脏淋巴管瘤是一种少见的良性肿瘤，其特征是肝实质内淋巴管的囊性扩张，通常与其他内脏淋巴管瘤共存，以5岁以下儿童多见。成人的孤立肝脏淋巴管瘤极为罕见，其中相当部分病例为检查时偶然发现，临床表现不典型者易被误诊为恶性肿瘤。在大多数情况下，由于对症状或肿瘤性质不确定的担忧，往往采取手术切除治疗。为此，我们就这一罕见病的临床诊治进行综述。
