随着对阿片类药物副作用和依赖性认识的加深，无阿片类全身麻醉（Opioid-Free Anesthesia, OFA）策略逐渐受到关注。OFA通过运用多种非阿片类药物和先进技术，实现了在不依赖阿片类药物的情况下提供有效的麻醉和镇痛效果。常用的非阿片类药物包括NMDA受体拮抗剂、钠通道阻滞剂、抗炎药物、α2激动剂等。本文旨在综述OFA的基本理念、常用药物、具体用药方案以及面临的挑战与未来展望。
