心房颤动是最常见的严重心律失常之一，心律失常合并焦虑抑郁在临床中十分常见。二者的发生和发展密切相关，焦虑抑郁增加了房颤患者治疗的复杂性，特别是增加了心房颤动不良结局的风险。由于两种疾病严重影响此类患者的生活工作，近几年更多临床医师选择两病同治或者对焦虑抑郁积极干预来提高房颤合并焦虑抑郁患者的健康生活质量。故笔者对心房颤动患者合并焦虑抑郁的相关研究做一综述加以总结。
