目的：了解南昌市种植术后患者牙周维护的知信行现状，并分析其影响因素。方法：对2021年1月南昌市某三级甲等医院种植术后患者，运用自行编制的牙周维护知信行问卷进行调查。该问卷主要包括知识、信念、行为3个维度，共有31个条目。 结果：共调查228名种植术后患者，其种植术后牙周维护知信行问卷得分分别为（79.57±17.24）、（26.09±7.76）、（37.03±6.47）、（16.46±3.95）分。结论：南昌市种植术后患者对牙周维护的信念较强，但其知识和行为水平有待提升。
