余顺玲,罗顺清,沈新红,罗丽娟

男性，63岁，因咽喉部反复疼痛、异物感1月入院。喉镜检查见咽喉腔肿物，会厌部溃疡，糜烂，少量渗血；病检示：符合大细胞神经内分泌癌。入院完善检查后诊断喉大细胞神经内分泌癌 cT2N2cM1 IV期（肺部、双侧颈部淋巴结转移）。治疗予行全身“依托泊苷+顺铂”方案化疗，病情平稳。喉大细胞神经内分泌癌发病率低，恶性程度高，初诊时多见转移。明确诊断依靠完整组织病理检查及免疫组化检查。治疗方式为以手术为主的放化疗综合治疗。
