老年COPD和肌少症的相关性研究进展

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,COPD)是一种高发病率、高死亡率的疾病,疾病负担重。肌少症是其重要合并症,近来多项研究表明,肌少症与慢阻肺高度相关。本文对近年来肌少症和慢阻肺的有关研究进展作出总结,旨在增强对慢阻肺相关肌少症情况的了解,进而早期识别慢阻肺患者合并肌少症的危险因素,对其控制和干预提供支持。
