1例肺癌晚期患者全身多发骨转移伴有难治性癌痛，并发情感障碍，其镇痛治疗贯穿心理、药物、镇痛泵、介入等癌痛专职护士主导的多学科协作综合治疗。在癌痛全程管理中，正确地评价癌痛、心理痛苦，联合中西医技术镇痛，辅以心理护理，及时观察并处理镇痛相关不良反应，能够最大程度缓解患者的痛苦，提高患者生活质量。
