尿白蛋白与冠心病的相关性

尿白蛋白(urine albumin)是指通过肾小球的数量和肾小管重吸收能力之间的相互作用后在尿液中出现的白蛋白的数量,已出版的专业实践指南推荐使用定量测量尿白蛋白-肌酐的比值(ACR)来评估蛋白尿,近年来,许多国内外的研究发现蛋白尿与冠心病的患病率、冠状动脉病变的严重程度及心血管疾病风险分层都有密切的联系。在相关的心肾疾病研究中,有许多研究学者发现尿白蛋白可作为冠心病的预后及危险分层的独立预测因子。通过了解肾功能减退和心血管疾病相关作用的机制,对今后的医疗工作以及临床治疗方案的选择提供重要的指导意义依据。本研究就尿白蛋白和冠心病之间的关系做一综述。
