子宫内膜癌是我国妇女生殖系统恶性肿瘤中最常见的肿瘤之一，在女性生殖道恶性肿瘤中发生率排名第二。目前，子宫内膜癌症的预后评估主要基于病理危险因素，包括肿瘤的组织分类、子宫肌层的浸润深度、病灶的大小、肿瘤的分类、淋巴是否浸润、淋巴结有无转移等，与肿瘤预后有关的分子标志物在临床上应用不广泛。在免疫组织化学标记物中，肿瘤抑制基因PTEN、细胞粘附标记物β-catenin和E-cadherin可用于诊断癌症和协助诊断疾病。
