妊娠相关的卵巢动脉破裂是一种非常罕见的急症，常导致孕妇失血性休克、死亡，若发生于妊娠期间，则胎儿也有窘迫、死亡的风险。故及时诊断卵巢动脉破裂并找出出血点行止血治疗是救治的关键，但因其缺乏特征性症状和体征，临床上易延误诊治。所以如何早期识别卵巢动脉破裂是对临床医师的一大挑战。本文通过阅读文献学习，对妊娠相关卵巢动脉破裂诊断要点以及治疗方式的研究进展进行综述，为临床识别妊娠相关卵巢动脉破裂提供依据。
