反复呼吸道感染(recurrent respiratory tract infections,RRTI)是儿童常见的感染性疾病,尤其近年来发病率明显上升,严重者影响患儿身心健康,甚至导致并发症。人们对维生素D(VD)的研究从未停止,已有研究发现VD缺乏与龋齿、过敏性疾病、克罗恩等似乎都有一定的联系。有研究表明,VD可以通过影响儿童免疫功能在RRTI患儿治疗及预防中发挥作用,本文就其在免疫系统中的作用及与RRTI研究进展展开叙述。
