门诊护士执业压力应对中的6H4AS情绪管理法

目的:探讨门诊护士应用6H4AS情绪管理法对改善执业压力应对问题的积极作用。方法:从本院门诊执业护士中按照纳排标准筛选100名作为研究目标并实施6H4AS情绪管理法,对比干预前后的职业倦怠量表(MBI-CS)调查结果分析具体效果。结果:经过干预MBI-CS量表的EE、DP以及PA评分均明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:门诊实施6H4AS情绪管理法可有效增强护士的职业压力应对能力并减轻职业倦怠情绪。
