椎-基底动脉扩张延长症（vertebrobasilar dolichoectasia，VBD是一种脑后循环血管发育异常性疾病，影像学表现为椎动脉颅内段或（和）基底动脉扩张、延长与迂曲，临床表现各异，从无症状到继发供血区域缺血性和出血性脑卒中，邻近结构颅神经、脑干或第三脑室压迫症状。VBD被认为是一种多因素所致的疾病，据以往报告其患病率较低，但随着近些年影像学技术的不断发展，VBD检出率大大提高，VBD病死率和致残较高，临床治疗仍存在困难。因此，VBD的早期诊断、危险因素的控制，以及发病后及时有效的干预尤为重要。本文对近年VBD相关研究进行综述。
