HnRNP A2B1是核内不均一核糖核蛋白（HnRNPs）家族中的核心组成成分，具有多种功能，包括翻译后修饰、细胞信号转导､与多种DNA､RNA及蛋白质的直接相互作用或与它们形成复合物。本文就HnRNP A2B1在肺癌、肝癌及乳腺癌中的研究进展作一综述｡
