文章摘要
冠心病的发生和进展与高血压、血脂异常、糖尿病、代谢综合征及高尿酸血症密不可分。近些年来,脂肪组织分布所带来的不同影响逐渐带入大众视野,中心型肥胖主要是以腹部脂肪堆积为特征,且根据腹部脂肪分布部位又分为皮下脂肪组织(SAT)和内脏脂肪组织(VAT),而VAT和冠心病及高危因素紧密联系,中国内脏脂肪指数(CVAI)作为评价内脏脂肪最新的测量指标来评估冠心病预防、发展及其预后是一个良好的指标。
