幽门螺杆菌（Helicobacter pylori,Hp）是导致胃肠道疾病的重要因素,根据专家共识,除有抗衡因素,Hp应尽量根除。但是随着四联疗法中抗生素耐药率以及药物相关不良反应发生率的升高,降低了患者的耐受性及依从性,影响了根治的疗效。迫切需要新方法来完善治疗方案,目前的研究表明,益生菌联合四联治疗方案在提高根除率和减少药物不良反应方面特别有效,并能保持胃肠道内微生态的平衡,减少H.pylori根除后胃黏膜的炎症反应。现就Hp感染的现状及益生菌治疗Hp的机制等予以综述，以期为Hp感染的科学管理提供参考。
