近年来，周围性面瘫的发生率在逐年增加，年发病率约为0.03%[1]，其主要临床特征是颜面部表情肌群的运动功能障碍，从而使患者面部失去对称，而且异常的面肌运动会造成患者极大的身心痛苦[2]，对患者的生活质量造成巨大的影响。目前周围性面瘫的治疗手段多种多样，其中主要有针灸、理疗、中草药、激素和维生素治疗，其早期治疗是否及时和治疗方案的选择对预后有着十分重要的影响[3]。而功能性磁刺激和高能量半导体激光在近几年中逐渐引起人们的注意，本文将就二者在周围性面瘫中的疗效展开论述，以期为周围性面瘫患者的治疗提供更多的思路。
