高原红细胞增多症的相关治疗综述

高原红细胞增多症(high altitude polycythemia,HAPC)是一种常见的高原慢性病,由于机体长期暴露于高原低氧环境中,红细胞过度增生血液粘滞度增高,血流阻力增加,引起微循环障碍的一种常见的特发性慢性高原病[1]。近些年来,高原红细胞增多症可以通过西药、中药、藏药以及其他一些方法等进行相关治疗,但仍然有待进一步发展。本文旨在研究探讨HAPC相关的一些治疗方法,为探索新的治疗方法提供一些可能的选择以及临床思路,有助于更好地了解HAPC治疗的潜在治疗策略。
