超声心动图在评估房颤患者射频消融术后右心功能中的价值

近年来,随着行射频消融术在治疗心房颤动(房颤)中的广泛应用及患者群体的显著增长,国内外专家群体已深入探究了该手术对房颤患者心脏结构与功能产生的深远影响。然而,当前的研究焦点多聚焦于左心系统,相比之下,针对房颤患者术后右心结构与功能变化的研究较少。不仅归因于长期以来对人们右心功能认知的局限性及忽视,同时也受限于右心室独特的解剖位置与复杂的形态学特征,这些特性为准确评估其功能增加了技术挑战。本研究意在探讨房颤患者经射频消融手术后右心大小与功能的改变情况,进而对射频消融手术治疗房颤患者的效果予以评价,给临床医生提供可定量的资料数据。
