B7-H3在胃癌发生发展中的作用及研究进展

【摘 要】:在中国乃至世界范围内,胃癌均为高发恶性肿瘤之一。B7-H3(CD276)近年来被发现在包括胃癌在内的各种恶性肿瘤中高表达,且其可溶性形式sB7-H3在肿瘤人群血清中亦处于升高状态。目前多认为B7-H3在肿瘤发生发展中主要介导负性免疫应答,且参与肿瘤侵袭转移、上皮间质转化、血管生成、干细胞增殖、糖代谢、耐药及抗肿瘤细胞凋亡等。研究B7-H3与胃癌发生的相关性及其作用机制,有望为胃癌患者的早期诊治拓展新的思路。
