类风湿关节炎（RA）是一种炎症性自身免疫疾病，间质性肺病（ILD）是RA关节外表现较常见的一种疾病，可显著影响患者疾病的进展及预后。本文对RA-ILD的概述、生物标志物、相关检查的相关文献进行归纳与总结，以期为临床诊断提供参考。
