NOD1、NOD2与胎膜早破的相关性研究

胎膜早破(premature rupture of the membranes,PROM)是指临产前的胎膜自然破裂,PROM可导致新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征、绒毛膜羊膜炎、胎盘早剥、败血症、早产等。核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域(nucleotide-blindin oligomerization domain,NOD)样受体是位于细胞质的模式识别受体,可以启动和调节炎症反应。NOD样受体(Nod-like receptors,NLRs)在介导,防御细菌、病毒等病原体感染及调节机体炎症反应中起关键作用。NLRs主要介导NF-κB通路、MAPK通路,参与免疫应答。有研究显示NOD1、NOD2存在于妊娠相关组织中,NOD1、NOD2介导NF-κB或MAPK途径的激活,可促进炎症因子释放、细胞外基质降解及胎膜细胞凋亡引发PROM。我们已经研究发现MMP-2、3、9在PROM发生过程中起关键作用,而NOD1、NOD2作为上游信号因子可能也在胎膜早破的发生中发挥了重要作用,现就NOD1、NOD2与胎膜早破的相关性进行综述,已期对胎膜早破的发生机制有进一步认识。
