复发性尿路感染（rUTI）是临床泌尿系统最常见的疾病，研究表明它不同于尿路初次感染是一种不同的疾病。在健康女性，排尿功能失常及行为因素增加了rUTI的风险，性行为和绝经后女性雌激素缺乏与rUTI密切相关。如何预防rUTI主要包括三点：（1）危险行为改正和尽量避免风危险因子；（2）利用抗生素对微生物进行有针对性的预防措施；（3）非抗生素的预防措施，包括应用疫苗、补充雌激素及增加饮水量等。
