超声引导下腰方肌不同阻滞入路的扩散机制及应用进展

超声引导下腰方肌阻滞(Quadratus Lumborum Block,QLB)是一种将药物注于腰方肌周围沿肌腱筋膜间隙扩散阻滞神经的方法,目前已被大量证实可用于腹部、下肢等手术的术后镇痛,并且在慢性疼痛治疗中也有报道。腰方肌阻滞不同入路的临床应用已成为一个研究的热点,不同入路的选择需要结合手术类型、镇痛平面以及解剖差异等因素。本文就不同入路腰方肌阻滞的扩散机制及临床应用等进行综述论述。
