基于生物钟理论下CCU病人的光照管理

文章摘要
CCU患者作为心血管相关疾病的重症人群,对于促进患者疾病的恢复,不仅需要标准化的护理,病人的环境管理也是重要的一环。其中光作为CCU环境的重要外在条件,它与生物钟系统密切相关,“光”在生物体产生和维持周期性变化中具有重要的作用,异常光照可引起昼夜节律紊乱,不仅妨碍疾病的恢复,更可能引发其他系统疾病的患病风险,因此此文从生物钟角度出发,以此讨论合理的光照管理对于CCU患者的重要性。
