胃癌是我国常见的肿瘤之一，其发病率和死亡率居高不下，严重危害人类健康，早期发现和早期治疗是提高其治愈率的关键，而早期胃癌（EGC）症状不典型，病情隐匿，易漏诊，不及时发现往往发展为中晚期胃癌，其临床病理特点多样，通过对这些特点的归纳总结，对于提高EGC诊断率具有重大的意义，临床医生对EGC的早诊早治，不仅可以使EGC患者的生存率得到提高，而且能够改善其生活质量。本文就EGC临床病理特点之间的相关性作一综述，以期为EGC的诊疗提供参考。
