单侧双通道脊柱内镜下椎间融合术治疗腰椎椎管狭窄症的 研究现状

腰椎管狭窄症是腰部常见疾病之一,随着中国老龄化社会的进一步加剧以及工作方式的改变,中老年腰椎管狭窄症病人数量急剧增加,需手术干预的比例不断增大。本文对腰椎管狭窄症的传统治疗方法和新出现的治疗技术进行分析探究。传统的腰椎后路切开椎管减压融合术虽然仍是治疗腰椎管狭窄症主要的方法之一,但是因其椎旁肌肉手术剥离及牵拉,可引起术后腰痛及椎旁肌肉萎缩、肌间脂肪浸润等。近几年兴起的单侧双通道内镜下腰椎椎间融合术,因手术器械与内镜可以独立移动、操作灵活、视野清晰及范围广泛,术中可直接对中央椎管狭窄、侧隐窝狭窄、椎间孔狭窄进行充分的神经减压,可在直视下处理软骨终板、放入椎间融合器,且减压效果可达到开放性手术标准,不仅减少患者的并发症,同时为脊柱外科医师治疗腰椎管狭窄症提供一种新的治疗方法。
