目的:探究智能X/O型腿矫形器远程调节指导儿童X/O型腿(膝关节内外翻)保守治疗的疗效;方法:将符合条件的患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组37人,共计72人,实验组采用智能X/O型腿矫形器+康复治疗,对照组采用常规X/O型腿矫形器+康复治疗。观察患者治疗有效率。结果:实验组患儿的治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<005)。结论:智能X/O型腿矫形器远程调节指导儿童X/O型腿(膝关节内外翻)保守治疗的疗效理想,值得推广。
