cfDNA的分析技术及其在口腔疾病的研究进展

循环游离DNA(cfDNA)是指程序性细胞死亡和坏死后在血液、唾液、尿液和脑脊液等多种体液中释放的DNA分子小片段,已被证明在细胞凋亡或坏死中起着重要作用。最近,在口腔良恶性肿瘤、牙周炎、干燥综合征等口腔疾病中,发现cfDNA与疾病的进展存在一定的相关性。由于cfDNA的提取是无创性的,这使得越来越多的研究将cfDNA作为一种潜在的生物标志物,从而对患者进行疾病分期、监测治疗效果和预测疾病进展。但最近的文献研究发现cfDNA的提取仍然存在一些挑战,例如低丰度、需要高灵敏度检测和分析问题等。在这篇综述中,我们介绍和讨论了cfDNA主要的技术进展,并重点总结了cfDNA在口腔良恶性肿瘤、牙周炎、干燥综合征等疾病中的临床运用,以期为口腔疾病的治疗提供新的思路。
