每年我国有超过100万人因慢性阻塞性肺疾病而死亡,并且大约有500万人因此导致残疾,COPD患者急性发作同病死率具有直接联系,患者急性发作次数越多,其死亡风险就越大。COPD病情的加重会导致机体血清25-(OH)D3水平下降,其原因可能与维生素D的缺乏会加重骨质疏松症状,导致肺通气不足进而影响病情有关。因此深入探讨老年COPD急性加重期患者及与血清25-(OH)D3的关系,发病机理以及危险因素、治疗措施,对防治该病的不良预后,以及指导临床安全合理用药具有重要意义,以期为优化治疗提供新的研究思路。
