子痫前期(preeclampsia,PE)是一种新发的高血压综合征,伴有多系统损害,多发生在妊娠20周后,是导致孕妇和新生儿死亡的重要原因。胎盘滋养细胞浸润不全和子宫螺旋动脉重塑不足是子痫前期发病的关键机制。磷脂酰肌醇3激酶/蛋白激酶B(phosphatidylinositol-3 kinase/protein kinase B,PI3K/Akt)通路是经典的信号通路之一,该通路在细胞的增殖、存活、凋亡、迁移和侵袭等多个阶段发挥至关重要的调控作用,并与子痫前期发生、发展关系密切,因此,PI3K/Akt通路很可能成为未来预测子痫前期的重要靶点。本文集中探讨了PI3K/Akt信号通路关键分子与子痫前期之间的关联性,并对子痫前期的分子机制进行了深入分析,希望对探索该病理过程中的关键分子提供参考。
