生存质量研究已经成为生物-心理-社会医学模式下疗效评价的重点[1]，在国内外被广泛应用，并且在疾病的临床治疗、预后、社区健康管理、预防保健、医疗经济等方面发挥了重要的作用[2]。现慢性病患者日益增长，且高血压、2型糖尿病等常见慢性病呈现“患病率高，控制率低”的两极分化趋势[3]。本文旨在概述生存质量评定在慢性疾病领域的应用情况以及其对慢性疾病发展所产生的影响。通过对相关文献的梳理，阐述了生存质量评定的内涵、常用评定量表，详细探讨了其在临床治疗、疾病监测、资源分配等方面的应用，并分析了对慢性疾病发展的积极与消极影响，强调了生存质量评定在慢性疾病综合管理中的重要性，为进一步完善慢性疾病防治策略提供参考依据。
