冻融胚胎移植Freeze-thaw embryo transfer(FET)作为人类辅助生殖技术的关键组成部分,采用低温技术对新鲜周期移植后的剩余胚胎进行冷冻保存,以便在移植失败或条件适宜的情况下再次进行移植。这种方法能有效提升累计妊娠率、减少多胎率、降低促排卵次数,并降低卵巢多度刺激综合征的发病率,同时也减轻了患者在取卵过程中的经济压力和痛苦。然而,FET周期的妊娠结果会受到多个因素的影响,这些因素包括患者的年龄、体重指数(BMI)、胚胎的数量和质量、胚胎冷冻的方式和时间、子宫内膜、心理状态等。本研究旨在分析影响FET周期妊娠结果的各种因素,以便为临床实践中为FET成功率提供有用的参考依据。
