近年来，我国结直肠癌的发病率正逐年升高，其中7%-29%的患者首发症状表现为癌性肠梗阻，而其中75%的结肠梗阻发生在降结肠、乙状结肠或直肠。对于结直肠癌梗阻，传统的治疗手段是急诊手术治疗，但是这不仅增加了手术的风险和成本，而且对患者的预后也有很大的负面影响。随着自彭式金属支架的问世，肠道支架置入联合腹腔镜手术治疗应用在梗阻性结直肠癌的治疗当中，并取得了显著疗效。这不仅能有效提高肿瘤切除率，更能够避免患者永久性造口，提高生活质量。
