假体周围感染更有效的技术——一期翻修

关节假体周围感染(PJI)是关节置换术后灾难性并发症,过去认为二期翻修是治疗PJI的“金标准”,最近更多的文献表明,一期翻修的感染控制率不低于二期翻修的感染控制率。随着人们对于翻修理念的提升,许多学者认为无论从经济、手术收益率及患者所承受的痛苦来说,二期手术治疗PJI所付出的代价都是巨大的。问题是,二期手术的缺点是否弥补了感染后更好的恢复,从术后并发症及术后关节评分角度来说似乎不尽人意。本文主要对比一期翻修与二期翻修术后的相关指标(术后感染控制率、术后并发症、死亡率及术后功能评分)、PJI术式选择的适应症两个方面进行阐述。
