本文通过文献回顾综述突发公共事件下护士面临的伦理冲突及伦理冲突对护士的负性影响，旨在明晰突发公共事件下护士伦理冲突的现状，探索评估工具以评估护士在突发公共事件中伦理冲突的类型、程度及影响因素，设计策略帮助护士克服伦理冲突带来的负性影响。
