精神分裂症(Schizophrenia,SCZ)是一种较为严重的精神疾病,该病的影响范围广泛,全球约1%的人口受其影响,如今,越来越多的研究揭示了SCZ的病因和发病机制可能与外泌体microRNA(miRNAs)有关。本文主要阐述了外泌体来源的miRNAs在精神分裂症中的作用,阐明其潜在的作用机制,并评估关于外泌体miRNAs作为精神分裂症的生物标志物的可行性,以及其有望成为精神分裂症诊断和治疗新依据的可能性。
