系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）是一种多系统、多器官受累的自身免疫性疾病，其发病机制复杂，涉及遗传、环境因素及免疫系统紊乱。自身抗体的异常产生是SLE的核心特征之一，与疾病活动度及脏器损害密切相关。本文综述了SLE中常见自身抗体与脏器损害之间的相关性，探讨了自身抗体在疾病诊断、病情评估及预后判断中的重要性，为进一步研究和临床实践提供参考。
