在全球范围内,女性生殖系统疾病严重威胁着女性健康,其中卵巢癌(Ovarian Cancer,OC)是一种发病率较高且死亡率较高的常见的妇科恶性肿瘤。由于缺少高效的筛查和确诊手段,卵巢癌在早期往往难以被发现,许多患者在被确诊时已经进入了局部或远处转移状态[1]。流行病学调查和对肿瘤发病机制的研究显示,卵巢癌的患病率随时间推移逐渐增加。随着社会发展和医疗水平提高,卵巢癌患者的年龄朝着年轻化发展,发病率也持续上升[2]。卵巢癌对女性的身心健康和生活质量构成了严重威胁,因此,探索并确立用于卵巢癌早期诊断的特异性生物标志物显得尤为迫切和必要。近年来,肿瘤干细胞学说在肿瘤学领域引发了广泛关注依据这一学说,肿瘤干细胞作为肿瘤恶性行为的关键来源,不但开启了肿瘤生长进程,而且对于放疗和化疗展现出较强的抗性,故而被视为肿瘤复发和转移的根源所在[3]。肿瘤干细胞与普通细胞存在诸多相似之处,像自我更新和多向分化能力便是二者共有的特性。在卵巢癌以及多种其他癌症中,肿瘤干细胞以具有干性特征的小群体细胞形式存在,发挥着重要作用。因此,针对肿瘤干细胞的靶向治疗已成为当前卵巢癌的研究的重要方向之一。
