本文系统综述了BRAFV600E与TgAb的独立及联合作用与PTC临床病理特征的相关性，并探讨其临床价值。BRAFV600E是PTC中最常见的驱动突变，通过持续激活MAPK/ERK通路促进肿瘤侵袭性。研究表明，BRAFV600E突变与PTC多灶性、淋巴结转移、甲状腺被膜侵犯及复发风险显著相关。TgAb作为甲状腺自身免疫标志物，其水平升高与慢性炎症微环境相关，可独立预测淋巴结转移及肿瘤多灶性。BRAFV600E与TgAb分别从驱动突变和免疫微环境角度反映PTC的生物学行为，联合分析可更全面评估肿瘤侵袭性及预后，为精准诊疗提供依据。
